How will UMANG help

There are huge concerns over safety and privacy, taking into account the quantum of information the UMANG application is sitting on. NeGD's guidelines are fair in this regard. It restricts the visibility of each department or ministry only to its own data. A NeGD official told Quartz that It is not storing the data. It is just aggregating. It will connect to the back-end database of every department.

At conclusion If UMANG is a success, it will become the dynamics of citizen and government communication. It will also provide the Central and state authorities an idea of their individual performance.
